Do you agree with municipalities that offer a bounty on animals, such as coyotes, that overrun urban spaces?

I don't get the last 44% response as I would imaging the municipalities would have already determined the danger and need for a cull of coyotes.

Some spots in the US even have gov't backed trapping and culling programs for coyotes. A pest is a pest.
