I killed a small Region 3 whitetail buck and a LEH doe to top up the freezer. The rest of my tags went uncut. Had a blast hunting everyweekend for 2 months straight with the kids and then hunted my ass off in the late season for trophy muleys. When you set standards like 200 inches or bust, you expect to eat tag soup alot.:-D

Yep, that's my ol' man with his 08 bull. He thought I was crazy when I told him to shoot that bull in the hell hole it was in. He made a great shot and then my son and I got to work. I was really impressed with how much my son could pack. Was a great memory building day to share with his grandpa.

i wish i could just get a glimpse of the bucks you get and see once in a bleu moon i see one usually to far for a shot and it is usually gone by the time i'm close enough for a shot or as usual is see them out of season or on the highway coming back from a hunting trip. Hopefully I one day i'm lucky enough to be at the right place at the right time.

Thanks for the comments everyone. These are just a small portion of my pics from the last 10 years. I've got 10 photo alblums loaded full of my outdoor pics. Was fun thinking back on some of the animals I've had the privilage to be part of, be it my own, my family or my friends. I was amazed when I started counting all the animals in my head. Came up with over 85 big game animals in this last decade that I shared in. That's a lot of good memories for the rocking chair when I'm old and grey.
