http://www.huntingbc.ca/photos/data/500/medium/IMG_0030.jpgFrank Arnold is my dads roomate in a care home. Frank was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He was bucked off a horse and is now confined to wheelchair.
Frank and I went through some of his pics, and i have his permission to display them on the HBC for others to enjoy. He survived a grizzly bear attack.
There are more pics in my gallery of Franks adventures, If someone could post them for me as i do not know how to post numerous pics on a thread, thank u:-D:-D

Cool! Frank is a well-known sportsman and conservationist in the Okanagan. I remember he and my dad having a BS session one day when we were out hunting...had to be 35 years ago!

I used trapshoot with Frank years ago just when he opened his store. sorry to hear about his accident. he was a great guy and hellofva shot.I knew Frank from his store in Quesnel. Being an Okanagan boy, we had that conncetion. Too bad he went broke there. It was a sad day, but it was hard to compete with Hoys and Willis Harper who had been well established there for years.
Did he go back to selling real estate in Kelowna?
Bridger, you must have shot trap with Laurie Hall, Ivan McLeod, Jim Forbes and Merv McGladdery too?

that's some great pics of great trophies. I personally know of 3 other people who have broken their backs on horses. I refuse to work with them (horses), but I don't know if flying around in a small plane is any safer. Same goes for jetboats. The risks of hunting I guess.
Give Frank a big thanks for sharing with us.
