every day when i got up . the deer heads that i put on the Chevy's roof in November, were always moved or had fallen of the roof. thought it might be a raccoon , no dog can jump that high. so this morning i went out and tied the two heads to the roll bar of the truck. at around 3PM today i looked out the window to see something on the truck roof. went out for a closer look, it was chewing the rotten meat off of the heads. it was a cat about 20lbs. then i got a closer look, it was a bob cat, it had beautiful spots and a bobbed tail. it didn't stick around for long, i will try to get a picture of it.wish me luck.

i just don't understand why they want me to shoot the truck. was waiting for it to come back , but it either seen me, or it might be back after dark.it must be hungry, eating those stinky heads , and i was worried about squirrels chewing on the antlers.

Yep you got yourself a bigger problem than those squirrels. You now with all the animals you get walkin around your yard you should put up a trail cam and see what else comes thru there.

well the bobcat has cleaned almost all of the hide and meat off of the deer heads, it must be coming back at night time. the only other thing Ive seen is a big silver Grey squirrel. last year is when they started to show up.have to thank the bleeding hearts for not wanting them destroyed, and the nice person that has live trapped them in the city and let them go out here.now the red squirrels and flying squirrels are in trouble.

hey ruger , sounds like you discovered a new way of getting the hide off of antlers, provided you have access to a bobcat.
