Hi guys! Here's a nice little non typ taken in November in region 4 of the W. Kootenay. I wasn't able, unfortunately, to get a nicely posed picture, but came to see it the next morning as it was hung up.

Oh, go to the gallery and have a look. I just can't get them from there to here - sorry.

Thats a nice one Chuck. Whats with throat cutting?..He would have looked real good mounted.:-D..

Ya! That's what I thought too, but he's still fairly new to the sport, I guess.

Well, If it was my deer, I'd be getting that one shoulder mounted..Because hes got character!..:cool:

It is somewhat unusual, but very compact. The drops are of good length and prominent with long split brows and mini ones above them. Now he'll have to save up some cash and probably end up putting them on a doe.

If you look carefully at the two pic you can see that this deer has two nice drop tines.

Thats an awesome Whitey. I would be getting a mount done of that . Not very often you get a double drop tine buck. Congrats on a great trophy.

Capes are cheap and very easy to get ...even to get the kind of cape that you want to match up the rack ...
Exellent Rack on that whitey ! double drop tines !! its a wall hanger thats for sure !

i agree,capes are easy to come by but,in my opinion,the only cape that would match is the original cape. either way,still a dandy deer.

Those drop tines make perfect eye gaurds !I cant wait to see the mount if he has it done. What do you think it will score?
