hare in Burns Lake

Hey guys and merry Christmas, I am back in Burns Lake for the holidays and it has been 20 years since I last hunted hare here and I want to go out with my grandfather and son. The only place I know to hunt hare is on the southside of Francois lake and I am wondering if anyone knows where there are some closer to town. My grandfather moved from the southside 10 years ago and he hasnt hunted hare since he moved across the lake, can anyone help me out seeing as I dont have time to scout the area out myself?
