whens everyone else gonna be takign their boats out for the new 2010 season? and what kidna boats do you have? haha i think were taking our 08' kingfisher out in march this year for king crab

8ft cheep rigid hull inflatable with a 5hp kicker... its got a rod holder though!

prob do a bit of trolling and some prawning

it was a toss up, take the trophy or campion, campion won the coin toss and we should be out for winter springs dec 27

07' 19.5 glasstron with 5.0L volvo :mrgreen: great ski boat and was awsome for fishing and crabbing this year. The props of having a buddy with a nice boat lol.

Dad has a 18.5 explorer that im happy to put fuel in any time.
split the gear cost with him to make it easier. But i hear they're starting out at beacher bay. After the holidays

18' Hewescraft Searunner.

Will be back out prawning and crabbing next weekend. Then targeting winters on the west coast in a couple weeks.

Crabbing and prawning. Went out a couple of weekends ago and will be heading out on boxing day and a few days after that. We don't really put our boat away and try to use it year round:-D. Last year was different with all the snow we had on the Island. I will have the boat out on the west coast in the spring time cruising some inlets for spring bear:mrgreen:.

haha...yeah king crab early springs a bit later then chum and pinks then the fun season of koho july and august

Crabs and Prawns in the first week of Jan or whenever the water is calm, another advantage of living next to the chuck!

yeah haha, were in kitimat so about 15 minutes from the ocean
