Hey just received my new custom ordered knife from DDog! Pretty darn nice!! I can recommend Daryll to anyone wanting something a little special! I wanted something one off... a functional art piece so to speak. I also wanted it really light and suggested that he use titanium in the bolster and pins. This is the first one he has made with titanium. Me like!!

OVERALL LENGTH---->7.5 INCHES
BLADE LENGTH------->3.5 INCHES TO FRONT OF BOLSTER
STEEL------------> CPM S30V
METHOD------> STOCK REMOVAL
BOLSTER------->Titanium with Titanium Pins
HANDLE------> ARIZONA IRONWOOD EXHIBITION GRADE
BLADE IS CONVEXED.

the pictures don't do it justice...

I was not 100% sure I liked the satin finish at first but it is growing on me. I plan to have my initials inlayed in gold in the handle... this one gets passed on to my daughter and maybe, if she has a son some day, to my grandson.

Very nice, have you weighed it yet?

Did you get a custom sheath too?

A lot less than many of the knives in the case at any given outdoor supplier. They all will vary because he will build them exactly as you ask. For mine I gave him measurements and pictures for what I was looking for. Then I picked the wood, bolsters etc. If you are looking for a knife do yourself a favor and enquire what it would take to have one made. It may just be in the same price range you were looking at anyways.

This is one I got for christmas a few years ago. I've got everything to start building knives, I just have to do it. Kind of like reloading.
