Went walking with the camara no 4pts but some really nice deer.

Thought I'd share some pics I got last week while out with the camara. all theses deer were on the same dayhike. most were by themselves except the one 2pt and does. I also had a spiker walk within 10yards of me head down while i crouched on his trail was quite funny when he realized i was there. no pics because it was a not move situation. one of the best days in the bush I can remember.:mrgreen:

This was a new area for me. I hope next year these guys are much bigger. the 3pt was REALLY nice wish he wasn't being covered by the tree. I was about 75yards from him so my little camara didn't do a good job on him.

So I went back to this area this year. took my wife in hopes she would get her first buck. Hell they were everywhere when I was there last. NOTHING. not even a doe. sure made me look like a shitty guide. What a difference a month will make. I guess this is what Proguide would call a rut hole. Only problem its 4pt + during the rut. Not an october hunting area. especially when it was 21 frigging degrees out in the afternoon. Bet it would be nice right now.
