It was a great day this cat realy covered the ground and is two drainages over from where I first cut sign......8 years ago was when I first tried this deal with a 2 year old pup and similiar conditions. I had some long trudges back then as well...it was about -10c and sunny with artic inflow wind.....great day to be in the woods!!!

Got more time to chase him this week ..will he stay in the same area Andy..dont know a lot about lions.Nice to be out tho .ya gettting a break from the rink .

Sad to see deer season winding down........unless you have hounds:).

Ran into 3 different sets of cat tracks in the last two 1/2 days of hunting. One set looked pretty decent.

today the pup put up a beautiful young female cougar.....it was a celebration for the both of us being Juna has never seen one of these turkeys before and I have been a bit anxious having only the two pups this year ....
We took a few pics and left her be.
