Well , looks like the ' Beav' found the right place to 'crash'.
' The Porch' was getting its new Xmas decor / delicious beverages last evening. Good times were had by all:mrgreen:...while telling stories of the past fall , the ' Beav' grabbed a beer and went at er !

http://i443.photobucket.com/albums/qq155/proguide66/017-1.jpg

My girl was appearing a little 'maturnal' in a way??:-?

http://i443.photobucket.com/albums/qq155/proguide66/005-1.jpg

The Beav got away from mom and right back into er with the boys.

http://i443.photobucket.com/albums/qq155/proguide66/001.jpg

The young btail killer Matt started getting frisky with the new Beaver:shock:

Beav's gonna be a little hungover today...and maybe sore???

Looks like your newly found friend is fitting right in.:-D

Not sure how you're going to break the news to him when you take him out trapping:wink:.

You should also have a little talk with him about the hazards of smoking. :-|

Maybe you could get Youngfella to mail you a few squirrells and marten.
Man the fun men can have with beer and dead critters. The possibilities are endless!!

That's what happens when you have too much time on your hands.Isn't there an open season for something up there?Ducks,Steelhead,Proguide weren't you going wolf trapping soon? Too funny.I see a theme, that poor little bugger (not Matt,..the beaver)will travel the province on some hunting trips, like some of those garden knomes who go around the world!Should be the official HBC mascot!(Not Gatehouse,..the beaver)

I'd stuff it before it eats your house down and get a skunk for a mascot.

I think that is an excellent idea. That beaver should get mounted!...er..."stuffed?...Uhh..TAXIDERMIED!

And he should go out on hunting adventures:mrgreen:

Well you may be right!..I have been struggling this week with the fact that I let that young beaver drink soo much on my property.I usually know better but as Gatehouse will reluctantly agree , those damned soft young beavers can talk the toughest of men into letting them do verrrry baaad things!!!:tongue::lol: ( he musta let the word out that ' The Porch' was a fun place cause two more of his buddies showed up :-?:-?)

Just PLEASE tell me you didn't let that beaver drive back to the lodge.
Dam, but that question has really been gnawing at me.
It should have taken a taxi (dermist).
I know this high ground opinion won't make me very Poplar, but I alder just be honest and stop pining about it.

What the hell is up with Xmas and BEAVER??????.......came home last night to find the ' the Beav' had a few freinds over for xmas cheer on the ' Porch' at the ' Pemby Mansion' . One was fooling with the camera and took this shot,

http://i443.photobucket.com/albums/qq155/proguide66/013-2.jpg

Some freinds came over to have some bevy's while the girls decorated the tree. Hunter soon admited to bootlegging for the 'Beav' and his freinds and also volunteered to supervise..:???:

http://i443.photobucket.com/albums/qq155/proguide66/015-1.jpg

well....4 bottles of whiskey later , the boys decided to invite the new Beaver's into the house to meet the girls...

http://i443.photobucket.com/albums/qq155/proguide66/006.jpg

As expected , too much whiskey and not enough beaver to go around caused a bit of a 'blow up' ,
http://i443.photobucket.com/albums/qq155/proguide66/007-2.jpg:lol::lol::lol:

easy to see who won the Beav over in the 'end'...:shock::oops::oops::tongue:

Hahahahah this is awesome!
Working the rigs few years ago, day shift sucked up a dead muskrat out the cellar with the vac hose. Derrick relief left it hanging off the shaker lights for me when I come on tour. So middle of night I decide we should launch it out the vac, suck it into hose halfway shut valves and built up max discharge pressure and had roughneck dump valve. Recoil blew me over backwards and launched that little invert covered ******* exactly 100ft HA. I'm still claiming world record muskrat launch until proven otherwise ;)
Cleaned him up and sent up Derrick R-lock. Boys went to rig service next day after it'd been baking in the sun for a few hrs, motorman was not too pleased ;)
