walking into a new area today we found this track only a few hours old. it might be a bit hard to see but the round is a 6.5x55 sitting in the right toe of the track. we may not get back in there to find him but we will be scouting the area a little harder for next fall:-D:-D:-D i hope the pics come through!!!!!!!:-|:-|

Haha there's something wrong with that picture lol - good one .
A big buck would have sank into that mud and the hock marks are too far back some one tricked you -- looks like someone made them, the ground is swept of needle etc.

if there is one thing i do not do...that is not fudge tracks.:-| I saw the tracks leading up to this one i photograghed. we tracked him for about 1km but they were to old for us to chase. this was after the rain and a heavy wind..... but think what you want...:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

I was tracking a buck I could fit my 30-06 cartridge in. tracked him 2 days, ended up shooting another buck that was following his track.
