It sure is quiet on here today. Is everyone out putting miles on those boots and trying for one last crack at the illusive monarch?

I'm not tagged out, but there's 2 mule deer, and half a moose in our freezers, and I have cow/calf elk draw for the WK's starting up in a few weeks. I don't know where the elk will go as it is. So I'm not exactly going to pull the pin on a deer unless it's a hog, and spotting hog-sized bucks isn't exactly my best skill.

Yeah I got out this afternoon. Can't go tomorrow but am out again on Sunday for an archery doe/buck. Have moose in the freezer but would really like a little variety. I plan to hit the Canada's hard in the Dec opener, and OH LORDY I am so hoping to get out on a cougar hunt this year too! In Jan I want to get out for some winter springs too!!

Wow....that was well worth going out for. That sounds like a whole season for me...minus the elk. Good luck!
