Spot question tracking mode

Thinking of getting a Spot for xmas so for those of you that got the tracking mode for your Spot, would you get it again or do you think its not worth it?

I don't know... I've had mine for 2 years, had the tracking feature and haven't used it once. I can see where I went from the I am OK messages.

I know there was a coupon floating around somewhere to get if for free upon activating your unit.

The only time I have used it,is when I am holidaying abroad, every one I link to my messanger can tell where I have been where I am:mrgreen:

I think it`s good if you plan on using it for fishing trips or flight following where it would be nice for your trip follower person to see your last known location. Otherwise the OK button works just fine to see where you`ve been.
