We just finished one of our better whitetail seasons in a long while. Everybody hooked up on deer, and all hunters had the opportunity to pass on several deer throughout the trip. Congrats to Paul, Dad, Mom, Brother in law Dan, and sister (for her wall mounter).

This is an area that we have been hunting (as a family) for 28 years now. Other hunters come and go, but we always slug it out and typically do pretty well. So, are we professionals? Not in the least; however, at times I seem to think that the old timers are just that. And to answer tikka7, yes it does look like old black and white photos. There are a few old pics just like it floating around the parents house. That's the coolest thing about it... the tradition!

wow! thats a fairly decent spot you have there! a couple real piss cutters in that pile of deer! congrats.
i could only guess they came from the eastern part of reg 8 or the koots.
