I'll be there Mark. I usually do the scoring report with pics and results on Huntshoot.com

We met last year when you entered that little buck.:-P

Maybe you can hold a few of the bigger racks for me so I can take some pics. The 280lbs "model" I used last year won't be there!:-P

Dang! I wish we had something like that around here....of course we would actually mean it when we would call it "Little Buck" Banquet, but I bet we would have just as much fun as you!

we started it years ago, mostly log home builders, just 20 guys threw in 20 bucks each winner took all. then it evolved, and last year there was about 180 people in the contest, its alot of fun. last year i won over 1400 bucks for my lil buck! Im thinkin we should have a HBC big buck contest for next year. anyone interested?

It would be hard to have an HBC one since people are from different regions which really effects rack size etc. Now if you want a handsome contest or anything, you just let me know!:-)

Not everyone would get a fair crack it it but I'm sure enough people live in decent mule deer country or plan trips to mule deer country to make it interesting.

Some of the closer areas to the city produce some monster bucks some years. Princeton and Lillooet come to mind. If there are few large bucks in your area, get out and hunt hard!

it would be a little unfair, (especially for you) but anyone could join, no pressure. BC bucks only, HBC members only, must pay before opening day, we could have a mulie, whitey, archery, womens category, it would add alot of fun and excitement to this site next season! (and i could use the money):-P As for a hansome contest, that would be way to unfair for the rest of us if you joined!

I guess that means I can't let the big boys walk, last few years are freezer been full, and that seems to be the time you see the big boys. Would there be different catagores from mule to blacktail deer.

HBC contest would be an awsome idea. Maybe half the proceeds could go to BCWF or RMEF(BC elk transplants) or some other local wildlife conservation org.

Some nice bucks. Last year was an exceptional year and the entries were definitely a tad smaller. I didnt stick around for the nights events so mark will have to fill us in on how it went.8-)
