Cool pics!

I had a bobby walk beside my stand yesterday at first light. I think he knew the season starts today:wink:.
Plus I don't usually buy a tag until I get out to chase yotes. Little bugger better not show up today:-|.

Yeah. I thing they are Lynx too.
The white beards and stubby ears.
I cant really tell without seeing the tail.

I just love those Lynx. They must have the most fabulous pelt of all the fur bearers imho. Remember when they were easily $1000 a pop? Nice pic!

aren't those bobcat? I thought lynx were solely independent animals.

Not necessarily! Could be the old lady and her two almost full grown kittens.

WHAT no tag

Nope. Never had an interest in shooting one.
This was actualy taken (while commuting) only a few hundred yards down a logging road off a main highway. I pulled over to pee and realized I had an audience. Grabbed the camera and snapped a few shots.

Don't know if it's the same area, but I saw a mother and 2 offspring twice on a side road south of Falkland in sept. They were playing in the middle of the road and didn't seem too worried about my truck.

great pics, I would love to see a lynx in the wild. Lots of cougar and bobcats but no Lynx yet.
