I purchased a "limbsaver" recoil pad for my 300wm about 2 yrs ago and the rubber turned gooey after about a year.

Well I email them about 3 weeks ago and they told me to send it in and they would send me a new one. Well last week I received a brand new pad. No questions asked. They were very easy to deal with.

Just thought I would give them a word of " great to deal with "

I had the same problem. I sent 2 back to them and they replaced both of them. When I talked to the rep. they said that they received a bad batch of rubber from their supplier. I got my replacements back in about 2 wk..

nice to hear.
most people would just toss it and fork out 20 bucks for a new one. if you spend a few min online, or a few minutes on the phone there lots of $ to be saved.
Good on "limbsaver"
