Well went out with the kids tonight, really windy and kinda cold for me and the 3 kids(1 year, 4 and 6) went to a new spot where my niece shot her first deer last night, a nice big doe. Was on my way to a spot where we could sit in truck and see all directions, about half way around field edge, my 4 year old yells BUCK! He looked real good and the kids said we should shoot him, can't agrue with the bosses. The 243 does the job again, 95 gr hornady sst, 140 yards, simple story for a simple night. Carson

I really like the sst's, taken 3 deer now with the 243, my doe 160 yards, my nieces doe 80 yards and my buck 140 yards, all where good clean 1 shot kills. I am 200 yard zero dropping 3-4 at 300, nice flat shooting and good proformance.
