View Full Version : went for mulies came back with whiteys!

Well just got back from 4 days of "muley" hunting, only thing is we saw a whole lot of whitey's and no muley's?? so i took a nice 4x4 and my brother took a little guy, both good eats!! we had wind, rain and snow but it was a fun times!! at least i still have my muley tag and can hold out for a big one now.

Not much of a story, just finished walking the bush line of a block in the am, got in the truck drove 5 minutes around the corner and there he was standing 60yards in the edge of the bush, jump out, squeeze one off, he turns bolts, goes down after 20 paces gets up and goes down behind some trees, double lunger did the job!!

Those two deer are going to be great freezer toppers in addition to the calf moose taken earlier. Good stuff.
