is there a wolf season in region 8?

im lookin in the regs and cant find an open season for wolves in region 8 or in the trapping regs?is there no close season or no hunting wolves period?

Even if they started with a "one" bag limit , it would at least give them some numbers to work with and/or ease the pressure on the ungulates there in reg 8

Anybody that's interested in a wolf season in region 8 and has sighting or other info give Brian Harris MOE a call he needs all the support he can get to have his season proposal excepted this year, last year the Native's shot it down. The wolves are not coming they are already here and a season may leave a few more of those valuable moose left for everybody
