Do you not have a copy of the 2009-2010 Hunting Regs.
Only knowing the M-U is only knowing half the regs .
I would answer sans the smartassed comment, but my copy is in the Truck between the seat and console.
Sorry cant be of much help.

region 2 and 3 on the east, region 8 and if you head south a little it's region 2 on the west. Am I helping any? lol

Better grab a mapbook or you can end up in some trouble.

yes i do have a copy of the regs but i am just a little confused on the zone because it seems to funnel into all three M.U.'s maybe i will try a backroads mapbook. reason i am asking is a friend knows the area better than i do and was going to tag along while i hunt. he said that there is a road that will go all the way to tulameen (guess that would be 8) thanks for the response guys.

buckwild, I wouldnt ahve been such a smartass had I known you where looking for that road.
You will need the BC Outdoors Rec Atlas and then you will need to look for the Tulameen River to locate that road.
I have only done it once and it was anice road to drive.
It can get real slippery if it ir raining and if there is snow it will be real slick.
Looking at the Regs, you did see it comes to a point of 3M-Units.
When your on that road to Tulameen there is not much hunting, suffice to say hill on one side and river way down below, but I am sure lots has changed in the 15 years since I was on that road.
We did find some mining sites , so be alert to the possibility of guys working claims....
Enjoy.

The toll booth that "used to be there" would be in reg. 2-17.

just before the coquihalla lakes exit it turns into 3-13 when going north.

the road that you are talking about is almost all in mu.8-5. 7 km from the coquihalla it is all 2-17. the rest of the way to tulameen is 8-5.

Hope that answers your question.

You'll see a sign at about the 7km mark high up in a tree with the number "8-05" if on the Lawless road to Tulameen. At times like these, reg 8 nearly closed, reg 3, 4pt till the end of the month and reg 2 any buck till Dec 15th, it can be quite the PITA if your not 100% sure of where your at.

See if either of these links will work for you?

The government web site program is pretty good once you've got it figured.

Three units meet at the summit 2-17 to the south, 3-13 to the east and north, 8-5 to the west and north. Bring snow chains the summit has 15" new snow since last night. Might get closed soon as more snow is in the forecast.
