Hunting around hope/spuzzum/princeton area

Hey boys, i will be huting in or near the skajit valley in a few weeks, my dad knows the area a bit from fishing, but never paid attention to it from a hunting perspective, but i hear it is open to hunting.

Does anyone have any advice for me on where and how to hunt in that area? i am open to trying farther north... perhaps closer to spuzzum

this will be my first hunting trip, if anyone ot there has any advice whatsoever, i will take it seriously, and appreciate it.
