I just bought "Bad Lands" bino holder/sling.

I was looking for a sling that would NOT be hung over my neck, but rather over BOTH my sholders. Also I wanted a cover for the binos. Too often my lens get rained on or snow in the eye pieces.
They hold my Pentax 8x42 very well. With the "pack" being held close to my chest I was able to pull a sneak on my knees/belly without my binos swinging and hitting the ground.

Two thumbs up !!

Bought at Grouse Creek Outfitters in Kelowna, about $55 inc tax.

Bino "bra" with the elastic straps. Holds the binos close to the vest ans well as allowing them to be brought up easily and quickly. There are a few brand names out there - just make sure that the ones you end up getting have the elastic straps.

The Butler Creek ones seem to work as well as any.

I've got the Crooked Horn version and have not been impressed as it continuously keeps slipping and getting longer.

But..... I also picked up a Crooked Horn "Bino Shield" to go with it and have been pretty impressed. It actually helps the bino shield from slipping as much.

buttler creek is good, and cheap. Will never go back to a strap around the neck again. $20.

I had the crook horn bino shield for the last 2 years and it was decent for holding the binos against teh chest and dry, but this fall I upgraded to the Badlands bino pack, I had grouse river order it in for me and it is far superior. I needed to get the weight of my neck and onto my shoulders and this thing works awesome.

Butler creek for me too. It takes all the strain off your neck.

Butler Creek also has one with the shield. Worth the extra money? $35 @ Wholesale. $18 for the other ones.
