Saw my first big buck of the year (well 2nd - the 1st was in the Peace) locally about 10 minutes ago.

I am pretty sure its the same big typical I've seen the last couple years. He's a tank in the 190-200 range now. More tine length and alot more mass. I wasn't the only one who veered off to the side of the road either to have a look. Wonder if he's a HBC member.

Time to put my deer stuff into the pack and put the elk / moose stuff away.

Ditto, the best one I ever saw was on the hill coming out of the bowl as you head up to Sintich's place.

I worked on a guys motor home the other day that had hit a deer.... He didn't hunt, but by description it sounded like a 180 class buck.

Sad thing was, he hit it by the Mohawk station on the Hart. One less monster city limit buck to chass with my bow:cry:

my buddy seen the buck...said it was a big 4x4 mule
