Grizzly tag question

I have a LEH for grizzly for region 6-10 that is good till nov 15. I wont be able to use it because I had to delay my LEH for elk cow/calf and deer trip till the end of oct.
My question is, can I some how give up my leh draw for grizzly so that someone else can use it?

It is very unfortunate you are unable to use your LEH.
1. No you can not give your LEH to anyone.
2. My understanding is that if you do not use your LEH it may go to a G.O. as part of their allocation (although I could be wrong on that).

There is another post this week where some one got a late Bison LEH draw due to that the original person drawn could not use it and returned it to F&G and F&G drew the next person. Call F&G.

I think it's been mentioned prior that the Buffalo LEH is the exception and they don't do this with the other species...???
