I need some help with the regs for region 7, just wondering if the antlerless season for deer in region 7-20 Zone A is open for everyone with a tag or just for those who sign up for the "private land hunting opportunities" program? thanx

Open to everyone. See page 83 Map h21 In the Regs. That should help you.

However, you still need to obtain permission from private land owners if you wish to hunt private property.
