bag limits

ok I read the synopsis and it says the provincial bag limit for mule deer is 3. know i got a L.E doe draw in 5-2 so i can shoot a doe and a buck here but am i allowed to shoot another doe in region 7A? As there is an open youth doe season there. that would be 3 deer right?
