Put these little fellas down

Somewhere in Region 3 earlier this month, I showed up at my spot and took this little 2 pointer. I was hesitant to take the little guy, seeing as now region 3 is done for me,but he was the biggest of the bunch that I watched for about an hour and I wasn't sure if I'd get back there this year.

After a 400 yard drag, I started walking away to get the truck and this little guy thought he'd have a quick snack-

It wasn't quite the snack he was looking for.

Then it was off to the EK's to hike around with a firearm for 3 days looking for Elk, but that's another story.

Anyways-got some more meat in the freezer-now to find the big bucks!
