how to access elaho valley ?

Hey everyone can you help me out . I looked on google maps trying to locate the entrance to get into elaho valley can someone please give me direction's please

Drive north on Highway 99, turn left.

I could write you dirrections, but you'd be better off with a backroads mapbook...available pretty much anywhere road maps are sold.

You can, just north of Squamish IIRC just past Alice lake you'll need to turn left. A few K's past all the homes, your good to go.

Yessss. Follow the Squamish Valley Road: you'll hit the dirt road, and watch for the mile markers. Take a left around Mile 39 (about an hour after leaving #99) over the bridge -- that's the Elaho road.

But definitely pick up a Backroads Mapbook first. $25 at Chapters/Walmart.

Yup going after black bear and blacktails in the elaho valley area

Also, just make sure you not hunting on native land. as the boarders are clearly marked, some locals disagree with the back-roads map. one more thing..... WATCH OUT FOR GRIZZLIES....... had a run into a sow at the rivers edge tuesday evening.

Tons of bears out the Elaho, It's gotta be why they call it Grizzly Grove!!
Good luck finding Blacktails, I hope I find em first.

do not put high hopes to elaho. it holds variety of game.but place is packed with hunters and off roaders.

good place for black bear.get off the truck and walk you'll find one. as already said there are lot of grizzlies. some very dark in color.make sure you have identified it before shoot.
