Went on my first hunting trip with my wife. My wife had an leh for a doe and opporunitys at bucks, but could not be persuaded to take a shot. She believes they are much too cute (shake head), oh well I didn't push too hard as we both had a good time and she wants to go again.

I shot this cute little guy in the fist 5 minutes.

Cuttin the rug around the fire to some 80s music in -10 weather after finishing off the rye and the wine. Good times.

Good times for sure, glad your wife had a good time, maybe one day she'll see deer as we do.....Rabid animals who attack unprovoked and taste really good.

It was nice to get out and leave the kids with oma and opa for a few days. I rewarded her with a hotel room for the third night. I got 2 nights of her sleeping in all her clothes, gloves and toque and waking up with 1/4" of ice on the inside windows of the truck with no complaints so I was impressed, she can be quite a princess some times.

I am looking for one of those small boler or trillium type travel trailers if anyone knows of one for sale? It sure would be nice to have a furnace.

No doubt....I had to fire the glow plugs 3 times to get the truck to fire up. My lower mainland trucks not used to that and definitely too cold to get any after dark.
