went to rock creek last weekend and came home with nothin. Lots of guys gettin does and little spikers. Seen alot of does as well but no bucks . Got a few chickens , it was a good weekend tho nice to get out somewhere ive never been before, guess ill have to try and get a buck around here in prince george:redface:

crappy luck.....I was up there for a few days before the weekend and left on the sunday. two of us got three...2pt wt, spike wt and good size 2 pt bt. missed a bunch more including a 4pt bt and a 4pt wt but come the weekend when the doe draws opened every thing was real scarce sounded like WWIII broke out on saturday morning.....deer were acting funny for the most part...found them either really low or really high with bugger all in the middle. The BT had not moved into the area at all only thing around were the residents and a lot of WT...those guys are exploding up there

hunt coop i went there because my cousin and his couple of buddies were going and there from chilliwack so i decided it would be a fun little get away

Dont feel bad, i went there and seen some does. No deer were coming to the Fields, Found some cougar tracks , They sure like to thin the deer out.

That sucks but hey, that's hunting. At least you got to check out new country. My luck will probly be the same as i'm heading to Chetwynd on weds for 6 days.

I saw a couger up grano this year.....last year grandpa saw one in the same area with kittens....a doe draw is a Limited Entry Hunt (LEH) and if you pay to enter and are lucky to get drawn for one...you are allowed to shoot a doe of the species that you entered for in the area that you entered in.

ya i went up grano to the first morning hydrojet, saw some coyote tracks in the snow but other than that not much to be seen up that road that morning wicked country up there though for sure

You where a little early in that area ,try 2 weeks latter next year thats if you go there again.

There were bucks in Rock creek when I was there (10-17) but if you don't know the area it is not easy.
