I looked into that as well. As far as I understand the bag limits, i would say yes.....

3 would be correct but if its mule deer, one has to be a doe/antlerless. Or you could get 2 mule deer and 1 whitetail. Or you could get 1 whitey buck and doe and 1 mule deer. The only way to get a mule deer doe is through LEH and most of the regions on W/T does are LEH as well...

Above is correct in your situation,you can only take 2 mule deer in region 3 if you have an anterless draw.
But,province wide you can take 3 mule deer or whitetail bucks in the same year if you hunt different regions and do not excede the region limit .
example would be 2 mule deer in region 2 and 1 in region 3,all legal or 1 in region 3,1 in region 4 and 1 in region 5,all legal.
