Was wondering if any one had some intel up this way, my buddy, brand new hunter drew a doe here so we are looking to spend the weekend up there for the doe and if we are lucky a little more :)

Mules, maybe a bear...

I hunt sort of close to there 5-2d, you will have wolfs to keep you company but you should be able to find a doe or two, bears have been reasonably plentiful

Yes that is very true, I am glad I had one on Sunday,seeing more and more every year

I don't think you will have any trouble seeing some deer but Definatly buy a whitetail tag we came across 7 whitetail and only 4 mulies about 2 weekends ago in 5-2d, also 2 nights ago my dad and a friend came across a dead white-tail doe in the same area someone shot it propbably thinking it was a muley doe, so before you pull the trigger make sure shes a muley!

Good advice, thanks a lot. Are the deer up higher this time of year there or are they sticking tot the valley areas?
