Hey all, hope this is in the right place, if not, my bad. I'm trying for 150" or better this year, thinking this guy is only about 140 plus or minus 5". Let me know what you think, thanks!!!

I'm thinking 140" is giving him the benefit of the doubt.
Decent width,but short tines.
Nice buck none the less and good footage.

Nice deer. Probably 130 - 135. For comparison, this one I got in 2005 scored 131 - looks about the same size.

Let him walk. In a couple of years he will be worth looking at. He's maybe a 135 deer. small bases and main beams lead me to think hes around 3-4 yrs old.

I guess I need a couple more yrs of hunting under my belt to graduate to that level. theres no way I could have passed on that guy.
nice footage though

Handsome buck, but I'd have to say he's more like a low 130 class buck. I'd still take him tho :D

I've never heard about REAL BIG whitetail bucks in B.C. Monster mulies sure, but no monster whities. Is someone suggesting that indeed they are here, but only in certain areas, like Clearwater? Now Alberta and Sask., that's a different story altogether. Those pictured sure look like nice normal bucks to me - don't they know that they shouldn't run around in the daylight like that? LOL.

You better believe there is big whitetail bucks in B.C.! But they will only get that way if you let little ones like this get to that size. I saw one taken last year that was pushing close to 200"!
Just because it is a 5 pointer doesn't make it a BIG buck. A decent buck sure, but let him grow a few more years to get some mass, width, length, and trash!!! Just look at my avatar.

Keep feeding him Alfalfa this year and he will be bigger next year. Plus he will run right up to the tractor for you.

I'd agree with most others that say this is a low 130" buck.

They sometimes do come bigger in BC.....................

There is no way that buck is 130". He is more like 120" max. I have hunted Manitoba for 8 years, and we have a lot of whitetails, so I get to see a few good bucks every year.

I would guess somewhere in the 120's.
