Back from Pink Mountain with a bagged out liver, soar legs from walking and alot of memories, anyhow I'll post some pics below, if you dont like them well too bad but its a typical hunting trip for us, I went for elk but none were taken, however a moose was....

Well....


Looks like your typical trip.;-)

Some liquor, sleeping in the outdoors, getting stuck, and getting an animal. Thats a nice looking Moose. One more than I've got his year.

sounds like a good trip. sounds like another camp i know of.;-) congrats on the moose, too bad no elk hit the dirt. one more thing. how was the game activity in the area. you see many deer moose and elk? (besides the one that hit the dirt)

Lots of moose sign, seen 4 every day on average, deer were very sparse and elk were tough, seen buffalo and not one bear, weather was wierd though.
The day I seen the bull, there were 4 other bulls within 1 mile, just crazy!

You just filled the mud holes with yer empty bottles!

Congrats on the swamp donkey, good to see you lifted your face out of Mae's pie long enough to pound some meat! :lol:

My dad left last wednesday for a 3 week horseback trip around pink mountain. called me monday to ask if I could get time off and a couple grand since one of the guys had backed out. Needless to say, I'm still here.:(

Maies isn't open to the public, just the camps now, actually a little dissappointed!

One should just try to go if at all possible, before you know it the seasons over and you'll be pissed!
