Hi all,
Been lurking on this site for a while; lots of great stories and information! Hope I can contribute something.
I ask the question in the title because I have been watching an area that looks promising, and was making a treestand on Saturday, when I ran out of daylight. Did some thrashing and bull calls before leaving to see if there would be any new tracks when I returned on Sunday, and when I did return there was a gut pile right where I had been calling, to my extreme dismay. Obviously, I had made some road hunter's day!
So, what should I do; I'm pretty sure there are more moose in the area, but will they give the kill area a wide berth for long or ???
Bowhunting season opens tomorrow here.
