Found Hound Dog

I came across a half starved hound dog west of Kimberley on the St Mary's FSR about kilometer 48. Anyone missing a hound can call me at (250) 427-7715.

Wondering, were there any collars on it? Tags? Tattoo in ear? Branding?

Was it emaciated?

What's the dogs breed / coloring?

I'll keep my ears open.........hopefully you can locate the rightful owner. Good on you for the intervention.

We found one in the spring, or should I say he found us!! lucky pup had a collar with a phone number, and we just happened to be camped in a spot with cell service. He'd been missing 3 days and was some hungry.

I was able to find the owner the poor guy is back with them now. As a bonus I may have sold a pointer pup to them.

How did you track them down was it from this site?
It kind of helps knowing how dogs are returned so you might make it easier to have somone return your's.
