Just looking for some clarification on the regs.

For region 7b mountain goat it states that " hunters are requested to select male mountain goat"


does this mean it is illegal to shoot a nanny?

Not illegal but not good for the population and not good for us hunters as too many nannies getting shot can result in decreased permits(if LEH) or a complete closure of the seasons.
The more pics you look at and the more tests you take make it easier to tell them apart.

Big Billy's coat has a yellow tinge too it and is large with at least 9 inch horns, the nanny and kids a $now white like little white furry fluff ballz and half the size -- use bino's and compare size of the group - +

im not hunting goats and i know the difference between the two..... I am just looking for clarification on the regs. A friend asked me if it was illegal to shoot a nanny in 7b and I didnt know the answer..
