Warm enough for Grouse

Well we went up to a few FSR's last week by Pemberton.

Saw a little Bear sign, and even less Deer sign.

Did manage to get 5 Grouse though. Saw only one other Hunter and he hasn't seen any Bucks so far this season not even a 2 point. Seems to be too hot and dry.

I live in Pemby, and yeah lots of grouse and no deer. All we have seen in 2 weeks of hunting is on e doe. Did see a cow moose up the end of the valley tho.

crazy guyys been seein tons of 2 and 3 points around kelowna .... just no 4s yet :(...... hope those smaller ones stick around till anybuck season :)

I just got back from 4 days of solo hunting. Covered lots of ground by truck and lots on foot. It was hot but I managed to see 5 bucks, 3 moose, 3 bears, does, mulie and whities both and dozens of grouse.

It's hard work finding them under these conditions, but it sure was fun. The monster mulie I saw this morning has my name on it, I'm not even telling my kid where I saw him LOL!!!!

Too damn hot! for deer need cold weather,snow and the rut then the horn comes out.
