Garmin 530cx radion and gps all in one great unit also anyone else that has one in the area you can see where they are on your screen even if not in radio range

I think by now everyone knows what I like........ so any of the Garmin trail units...... I favour the 60 and e-trex series!!!!!!! good allround and there is one for every ability and application level.

x2 on the Etrex. Small simple and user friendly

I have an etrex vista as well as 60cs (garmin units) The buttons are easier and faster to use with the 60cs with gloves on.

I have the Garmin 60cx... I've never owned a gps before this and had no idea how to use one but I took it out on a quad ride and found it pretty easy to figure out. Screen is nice and it's easy to navigate.
