There are more people killed every year by deer than any other North American game animal...
In case you didn't know that it is because they run out into the road and people swerve there monster SUV's to avoid the 180lb animal

But I am sorry to say the whole bears mauling people is probably a bit of a give away... :p

I worry about a bear coming into my tent and eating me alive. I have never worried about deer coming and doing the same. Bears attack people every year, deer do kill more people though in automotive accidents. I think we should do our best to head out right now to the woods and hunt down those highway bucks, road huntin style.
