got my first white tail!!!

so last night me and the brother in law decide to go for a hunt in the mornin..but with all this heat i figured it would be a drive through the bush lookin for ditch chickens..so we bombed some roads first thing this mornin when it was still cool but wasnt seeing anything..then we start seein chickens so we start to do some chicken hunting. we get to about 11 k on this one road and this truck full of people go rippin past us second time they went by us already..so we get up to about 12 k and i look at my brother inlaw to say something to him and i see a deer in a clear cut. i say its a white tail and i m the only one holdin a white tail tag so i get out and take a look...i see its only a doe but she is lookin back across the clear cut. so i take a glance and see what she is lookin at and i see this buck come runnin across the clear cut bout 200 yards out..i pick a spot and as soon as i see him in my cross hairs i pull the trigger i could tell he was hit but he was still runnin and if he got the the trees he was goin over a bank so i aimed again and squeesed off another one..he dropped like a sack of hammers...my first white tail ever and he is a nice lil 3x4.. will post some pics when i get home lil later...
