Not saying you won't find Mulies, but Blacktails will be the deer you'll see the most. Good luck either way!

That's true! Unfortunately when you go to score them unless you got them west of the centre of Harrison Lake they all turn into mulies!!

Get high and get off the road. The higher the better ;-)

That is some good advice Steeleco, we are out to put some hard clicks on the ol' boots this weekend, not much for road huntin' myself. Oh and don't worry Cloverphil, I very rarely shoot at noises in the bush anymore.

I don't think anybody needs to promote drugs. I'm sure everyone already knows magichttp://www.huntingbc.ca/forum/images/icons/icon10.gif

has anyone had any trouble with the whole quad insurance thing up by harrison? i heard they are cracking down this year and harrison is a pretty popular place. I was thinking about heading out next weekend but have no insurance for my ATV yet.

i have seen many police road blocks on the east side of harrison lake.If i was going there i would make sure all my paperwork is in order.I have also ran into a conservation officer in that area.

Yes they are all cracking down of insurance. Couple of my buddies got fined last year. Anyways, Johnston Meir insurance in chwk, abbotsford have the best price. It is through the Resident Hunters' Association BC. Go in and they set you up.
