I thought it would be interesting to see how many critters HBC members harvest in in the 2009-2010 season.

Just copy the last posts text and update the numbers
Feel free to add any species I left out. Include LEH

9. From here on in there is to be no listing of animals shot in the signature block. To me it’s just gloating, and un-sportsman like and just looks bad in general. I don’t believe in the numbers game

It's specifically about signature lines, but I personally am not interested in running a whole thread dedicated to the "body count" where the focus is the number of dead animals, rather than the experience.

Sorry if it is taken that way I was more interested in the numbers than who did what.

I was going to compare them with the harvest data for the province to see what % of bc hunters are members of HBC.

If it is going to cause a problem please Lock or remove this thread.

I did one last year and it turned out great. I was going to do one again this year, but if you really want to do it, then help yourself.

You coudl possibly make a multiple selection poll, but I think you may run out of options.

You could make two polls one for ungulates and one for predators. But I'd also leave it till the seasons end as once a member has voted, they can't vote again for any subsequent animals.

You guys make this too complicated. Why not just make a thread called "2009 Success" and then guys can submit a photo and a story if they so wish. This works great on other online forums. I used to be a BC resident but now make my home in Manitoba so I would love to see pictures of animals taken in BC. Good luck to everyone this year.

a poll at the end of the season....while I am not into keeping track of kills....just a numbers game on the % of animals harvested in BC that are taken by HBC members would be an interesting thing to see
