soft sole boot

Hi, I am looking for a quiet waterproof boot for bowhunting, something with a softer sole ,possibly rubber with some support, am I dreaming or is there something out there?

Good luck. I just bought a pair of hi-tops that fit well, wear them with the gortex socks I've had for years, and when it's real wet I throw the gaiters over top. Very comfortable
