I have my stone sheep at the taxidermists...and am waiting for a photo or 2 from him on two sperate "poses"

one is head high right turn...

second is "head low sneak "

any one have a stone sheep mount in these "positions" ??

Taxidermist is "recomending " the sneak position..however I never seen my ram in that position..it was all rams in the group..

could someone post a photo of each If they have them????

Thanks

Steven:D

I think this one is a sneak(the wide one).

I'll keep looking as I know the same guy has another sneak.

Here's a couple of more the Harley did. Don''t think they're sneak though? Not 100% sure.

Maybe the owners who are on this site could confirm.

hmmmm While I was in Harleys place dropping off my ram Harley was telling me..well raving about a "new custom award winning mold" he has in the sneak??or semi sneak ?? and was 'recomending it for showing off the rams horns.....

just havnt seen many sneaks or semi sneaks on stones till right now...

Thank you very much Alpine85....I do appreciate the fast photos.....

just never seen my sheep in a sneak ..still have to ponder this one over before I choose...

on post # 5 here..by Stone Sheep Steve the top row furthest left...is that a "heads up left turn " thats the one that to me looks best rep of what I saw with my ram...only he was turned to the right..

exellent photos..the necks sure look thin..not like what I saw...the hides were very well filled in and thick...

any more photos??especially Harleys work?>???

That's my ram, Steven. Wall pedastal....semi-sneak left turn.
Don't have a pic of the ram by itself(at least I can't find it). Just this one.

Those are mostly early season capes. Some rams have more pencil-like necks than others. Just like us!

Steven, I have my Ram in a sneek position and the original idea was that I could get him higher up the wall. most mounts back then (1990) were all uprights. every ram I looked at was mounted that way..So i wanted something different.. I think you will really like a sneek mount.

Heres a pic of mine, it doesn't do it justice, kinda dark...
