Muskwa-Kechika access map

Does anyone have a copy of the Muskwa-Kechika vehicle access map
I cant seem to open The web site referenced in the Regs ( 7B map H19 )http://srmwww.gov.bc.ca/rmd/lrmp/mk/index.htm

I've been searching for maps on Gov. sites for half and hour and can't find a damn thing...... that will load up anyway.
apparently the map I'm looking for is MK-03 can't get this off any Gov sited either?
starting drive me crazy.
