OK, so I have always wanted to run the Halfway river from the big bridge at the Peace.

What say you?

Hunted there many years ago saw very little game. Might be okay if you are the boat though.

Happy Hunting

Get there early on weekends. The parking lot gets full early.

the river is really low right now but you can probably get up to the mouth of the cameron. quite a few elk along the river. I have a cabin about halfway up the halfway (no brainer) and the water is to low now up there even for a small boat.

Its all about how much you like your boat and if you like a challange. If ya make it to the bridge on the 95 road all the nasty sh!t is still ahead. ANd if ya want a real challange go up the Graham for 3 hrs.

Was on it this weekend. Very low for this time of year. It is boatable but be prepared to touch and bang a little. If it does not rain much it will be very low soon as it dropped a lot over night.

Thanks fellas. I like a challenge and I dont mind banging, but I am not interested in pushing!

It is mainly going to be a "tour" if water levels high enough.
