Sapperton Fish and Game Club will be offering a PAL and RPAL course in New Westminster. The PAL course runs Sept 21, 22, 23 (M - W) 7pm until 10pm (ish). If you want to do the RPAL that follows on the Thursday Sept 24. The test(s) are done on Saturday morning September 26th. If you cannot make the test time other arrangements can be made.
I believe there will be 3 instructors for the PAL and 2 for the RPAL. Two have been teaching for years, I am a relatively new instructor, but have several courses under my belt (PAL only for me).
Right now I am not sure how many students we have. We always try and keep the instructor / sudent ration low.
